You can return your item(s) purchased from silicaslayer.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. Silica Slayer does not offer store credit or gift cards. Silica Slayer does not accept returns on items purchased outside of silicaslayer.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of silicaslayer.com will not be accepted. All products must be unused and returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

 

If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another Silica Slayer item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost). All products must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on products returned 60 days after the original purchase date.

 

Please complete the return form to approve your return request. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from Silica Slayer via phone or website.
