Dead battery
Charge the battery. If the battery will not charge, test the charger or call Support at +1 803.339.2500 for a replacement if applicable.
Loose/worn connections on power swich
Remove cover plate. Using pliers, move all thre wires on the power switch over to the neighboring side, to the extra set of wire contacts.
Defective micro-switch
Purchase replacement part or contact Support for help at +1 803.339.2500.
